Im looking for resources for women and new guidelines. What are you recommending

to your women or what is your Doc group recommending now?

Do you use the My Plate information to teach concepts or something else?

I would like to dovetail these findings with the latest American Heart

Association findings (screenings, genetic testing) that cardiologist are talking

to their patients about now.

Thank you,

Nodvin MS,RD/LD
