sodium content of koshered chicken

Does anyone know the sodium content of koshered chicken, as compared to the

sodium content of non koshered chicken?

Will soaking reduce the sodium content?

Soaking in water in the refrigerator will definitely reduce the sodium content.

Put the chicken in a pot of cold water and place in the refrigerator for about

an hour. Then drain the pot of warer and replace with more water for a second

soaking of another hour. Aftr the second soaking, you can cook the chicken as

usual or freeze for later use.
