Guest guest
About soyfoods: Wrote an article on breast cancer and nutrition for Environmental Nutrition this year. After extensive research and interviews, found that the best support for soy is if women start eating it before age 14 (Shanghai Breast Cancer Study) not at 50 when they get scared they'll get breast cancer. Also, only a small percentage of Caucasian women (according to Messina) but way more Asian women can convert the ingredients in soy into active compound (Equol) in the gut hence the differences in research especially between Asian women and Western women.
