Hi everyone. I received my humirra today and my husband gave me my

first injection with the pen. They sent me a needle dispenser also. I

got the shot at 12:30 pm, Its 3 pm now. It didnt hurt at all. When the

medicine went in it burned a little. No red marks or itching. It looks

like I will be ok lol. I take the injection in two weeks again.

I have waited so long for this. Now I got to get my mind off the pain.

I am waiting for the pain to stop. I guess I will watch a little tv

now. I hope everyone has a pain free day and life.

AWe, thank you so much Lori. I will do that next time. Leave the

humira out for about an half hour. Yes it burned going in, so i will

try that. Gosh I love this group. I have found out more info here than

anywhere else. The RA pain is minamal today.

I got out of bed with no problem this morning. Usually getting out of

bed was so scary cause I was so stiff with pain. Not this morning oh

wow. The humira is working woo hoo. Not completely unless its fibro

and osteo pain that I am left with.

Woo hoo right shirley haaaaaaaaa. I hope it is my miracle drug too.

Thanks for commenting Shirley. My pain went from a 8 range before the

humira down to a 3 range this morning. It feels like its trying to

work. Maybe I am consentrating on the pain to much.
