Guest guest Posted May 15, 2011 Report Share Posted May 15, 2011 Hello, My 9 year old niece was just diagnosed with celiac disease and I was wondering if anybody could provide me with some good websites, recipes, and any other tips for a young child with celiac. I also thought there was a website that listed specific gluten free brands. I could also use some sample meal plans.
