Does anyone have an image file of a BMI table in EPS, JPEG, TIFF form that you

would be willing to share??

The formula is pretty easy - weight in lbs divided by height in inches

divided by height in inches times 703

#/in/inX703. I find it easier than pulling out the table and following the

grids (maybe bc of poor and double vision?)
