Guest guest
Tawny, I have found that if I allow my pen to sit out for 15-20 minutes in prior to injecting that there is MUCH LESS stinging. In fact, the last 2 times I injected the only stinging I had was at the end. If you aren't doing this already you may want to try it next time. *~ Kami ~* [ ] Re: rant ((())) Sorry you got the pen! I am on the humira pen, and I don't like it. With the syringe, you can just inject slowly. Everyone knows how it burns, but it goes so fast it feels like your on fire. I hope you are able to get it switched back. Take care, Tawny > > I don't know who's smart idea it was to send me the sure click enbrel but for the last 2 years I have been working with the prefilled syringes, I guess now I have to stop injecting into my stomach after the last prefilled is gone. I'm pissed because I don't like the sure clicks. > > > > > _______________________________________ > No viruses found in this outgoing message > Scanned by iolo AntiVirus 1.5.3.5 > http://www.iolo.com > > >
Guest guest
, I hope they get you back the needles, since that is what you are comfortable with. I inject in my tummy fat with the pens. (But you may not have any, I would gladly share.) Just stay 2 inches away from your naval. I left it out for about 30 mins and let the alcohol dry. Not really any pain at all. Guest guest
Hi Kami, I'm glad you don't have all that burning. I do leave it out, and it still burns really bad, just way too fast for me. I would rather use the syringe, I can just inject the med slowly, my speed. LOL, Tawny > > Tawny, > > I have found that if I allow my pen to sit out for 15-20 minutes in prior to injecting that there is MUCH LESS stinging.
