Guest guest
I did Orencia for almost a year. And had less side effects than I did with Remicade. My chief complaint was a headache. Other than that, it is relly a simple infusion. I appreciate your apprehension. But I hope that you will pleasantly surprised. Guest guest
I have done Humira, Enbrel, Remicade and Orencia. All of these worked for about a year for me then stopped. I am not currently on any meds. I stopped everything. Just got tired of all of the side effects. Of course that has not helped my condition. And they cannot figure out why I only respond for short periods of time. I was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis this week. It is secondary to a primary autoimmune condition. Which in my case is RA. So until I see a hepatologist and get a liver biopsy I cannot go back on a treatment regimen. So until then I take my Darvocet to ease the pain. But the Orencia has fewer side effects than some of the other treatments I tried. I will tell you it also works a little slower than some of the others. Have you tried anything else? > > > > Tuesday I am finally getting to start Orencia with my first > treatment. > > What am I probably going to feel like after that treatment? Guest guest
Thanks! I'm hoping the side effects are minor things. I can handle a headache. I had sinus surgery 3 years ago that ended the migraines I used to have on a regular basis. I'm praying for no noticable effects as 10am this morning my boss called me back to work. I start driving again on next Wednesday. Nine hour days and my AC crapped out in the truck. Thank goodness for an FM radio and a larger thermos. > > I did Orencia for almost a year.
