Guest guest
Hi, I am pretty new here as well. No formal diagnosis...just inflamatory arthritis of multiple jointsfor 7 months. I just started plaquenil a few days ago and I am on Medrol but am going to have to start weaning off Medrol in 2 weeks. The whole weaning process should take 12 weeks total. I am only allowed tylenol in the morning and motrin for pain in the afternoon/evening. Does this seem right? It has not helped much at all. Did the plaqueil work for you at all? Were you always on prednisone and plaqunil at the same time or just during flares? Also, the only supplement I take is Calium w/d 2x a day. Have other supplements helped anyone? I wish there were a natural supplement combo that would help. What about a multivitamin are all of you taking that? I need more help with pain and energy. I would also prefer natural supplements but will take what ever I need to have a good day. Guest guest
I take a multivitamin, plus some extra C, E, and B, plus calcium with D. I also take lutein (for my eyes), fish oil, and folic acid. I don't know if they do any good, but I take them in case they do. Sue On Thursday, July 17, 2008, at 05:59 PM, Kathy and Rick KING wrote: > > Also, the only supplement I take is Calium w/d 2x a day.
