As a type 1 diabetic I love it when a recipe has the carb amounts included so

that I know how much insulin to give for a dinner I make from scratch.

Subject: Diabetic Recipe Tips Needed

I have been asked to possibly review recipes for a diabetic website. Since most

diabetics can eat most foods and they are watching more of their entire diet

versus a single recipe, what are some pointers or tips someone might have for me

as to what to look for in recipes to ensure they are suitable for diabetics?

Thank you,

Kim Tessmer, RD LD
