Guest guest
Hello all - 's recent question about tyramine made me take a look at our tyramine education and I have noticed a discrepancy between ne's booklet of " avoiding tyramine foods made easy " and the A.N.D.'s tyramine educational piece. The Academy list states to avoid coffee, cola and other caffeinated beverages to no more than 16 ounces per day. However her list states you may consume these beverages without restriction due to low tyramine content. I was wondering where the academy is getting their information and how they can support this.
