If so does it help..my stomach is sensitive and I tried it once and didn't take to it too well but have since started on nexium so thought about trying it again. Guest guest Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 I have been on DayPro several times. It worked wonderfully for my in terms of inflammation and pain. For me, after I had been on it for several months I would have rectal bleeding. It would eventually get worse after the months went along and had to be put on another drug. I , of course since learned that the ulcers can be a part of auto-immune disease. All NSAIDS, of cox-2 inhibitors. i.e. Daypro, Vioxx, celebrex.
