Those are annoying! I hope yours goes away soon! I get them sometimes too! I can

usually see my muscle on my leg jumping around! I take Flexeril so it doesn't

happen every day like it used to but does creep up on me sometimes.  It's the

most annoying when my eyelid does it!! I hope you have a great weekend!

For the past two days now I have been getting an annoying twitch in my

left upper tricep muscle. It comes and goes and I can see my shirt

sleeve move while it's there. Don't have a muscle relaxant so took my

Neurontin but it hasn't help get rid of the twitch. Even stretching my

muscle doesn't help. If I still have it Monday will call my rheum.

Hope everyone has a nice, fairly pain-free weekend!

hi debbie, i too get the twitching! it is AGGREVATING, i can't stand it. i use

to take flexeril but now i take neurotin. it helps a lil not much. well i HOPE

Thanks and Melynda for responding to my note. Glad to know

you both have the same problem. Did have the spastic muscle earlier

today but not right now. Will still call my rheum if I get it again.

Don't have Flexeril either. So far the weekend is going well. Hope

your weekend is good, too.
