annoying muscle twitch my arm!

For the past two days now I have been getting an annoying twitch in my

left upper tricep muscle. It comes and goes and I can see my shirt

sleeve move while it's there. Don't have a muscle relaxant so took my

Neurontin but it hasn't help get rid of the twitch. Even stretching my

muscle doesn't help. If I still have it Monday will call my rheum.
