I am a disabled veteran. It took me 20 years to get them to be

acountable for the nerve damage in my wrists and hands.finally in 2000

they started to get a clue. but by then my problems had progressively

worsened. in 1996 i had a fusion on c5-c6. by 2000 i had had seven MRIs

covering my whole entire spine. 6 other discs are bad. some mild and 2

more severe. My RA test was mildly elevated. i spent one year traveling

5 hours every week to have a new test done or see a new DR. after all

that my physical medicine DR finally said it to much pain to be just

the discs and my rhuematology DR said it was to much pain for

fibromyalgia. So my physical medicine DR said it is both.

11 months ago, i started having trouble with my fingers bi-laterally.

My RA was again mildly elevated. i was sent back to the Rhuematologist.

she said there is a more diffinitive blood test. and requested an MRI

of my hands, wrist, and feet. 2 days after the blood test the

rhuematologist Dr called me and said that it was negative; NO RA. I

thought great. them i had the MRI My physical medicine DR said

I need to go back to the Rhuematology DR because the MRI shows early RA.

I see the Rhuematology DR on August 6th. IF they say no RA i just might

declare war. in the mean time i am trying to get as much info as i can.

I'm going with my guns loaded. I have learned over the past 28 years

that DRs are human. If they are having a bad day they have trouble

hearing you, so you have to speak louder.

Sincerely,
