Ex: if your pt. have osm above 400, does that change TPN/PPN recs? If the T.bili is high, (and what is considered high enough to be considerable to hold lipids) and if so, what is the limit for trig lab to hold lipids? also, for TF...with which common meds is it recommended to hold TF and for how long (ex: propofol? dilantin?) and do these meds have any effect on TPN/PPN running?
