peace and comfort to all who are hurting

Sso many of us are in pain today, I pray peace, comfort, and rest for

us. I pray comfy beds, soft sheets, and that you always find the cool

side of the pillow. I pray that all those hot baths ease your poor

battered joints, I pray that all your meds kick in and work-without

making you sick. I pray for an uninterruped night's sleep. I pray that

we are able to find the joy in every moment in spite of our situations.

Here's a gentle hug to each one of you, with all the love and

encouragement that I can possibly give. Know that you ARE loved, and

that good thoughts are being sent your way as you fight this battle.

You are not alone.Remember that we have the disease- it does not have

us.
