Guest guest
Hi, I take tramadol and either .5 or 1mg of lorazepam for a good nights sleep. it works for me. I can't take any of the wholistic stuff, i get all nauseous from them. Melatonin only worked a few times. And the couple of times that nothing worked, believe it or not, warm milk with a little sugar or honey knocked me right out. I know, I've said it before, I'm strange. LOL, Hope everyone is having a nice day! I'm totally in pain the last few days. My hips are back to being painful. My lower back is stiff. My fingers are all swollen, but I cannot stay still. I don't see my new rheumy until July 30th. Heidi in Mass. Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it would be easy. Also do take 3mg Melatonin most nights and also drink chamomile tea which helps, too. Might try the Tylenol Arthritis for my joint pain. My rheum also gave me amitriptyline to help me sleep. Right now take 30mg of it since 40mg makes me dizzy.
