Guest guest Posted July 14, 2008 Report Share Posted July 14, 2008 There has never been a case or lung cancer from marijunana without something else being involved (like cigarettes) there are no carcinogens in marijuana. Smoking it does get it inot the system faster, but eating it is fine too. We use a vaporizer which filters out the smoke and allows just the THC to pass.
