Please share the following information with your members:

We have recently been recently alerted that an unauthorized housing

company has contacted our members, offering to book hotel rooms for FNCE.

These

companies are in no way affiliated with the Academy or 2012 FNCE. Often,

this type of company makes phone calls, sends out emails and faxes implying

they are part of the organization sponsoring the convention. Many times they

are just a front to obtain personal information and credit card numbers.

They will charge the cards and when the attendee shows up onsite, there is

no record of a room reservation. The only official housing company for the

Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is onPeak, LLC; information on booking

your hotel rooms through onPeak can be found on our FNCE Web site,

www.eatright.org/fnce. Securing rooms with any other company other than the

Academy's

Official Housing Partner, onPeak, is at your own risk. If you have any
