preventative codes--Federal BCBS

Can anyone who works with the FEP BCBS plan let me know some preventative codes

you use? Oddly, I've been having trouble getting " real MNT codes " covered and

they've been dong medical reviews on all clients, but have been told that

preventative codes will be covered for unlimited visits.
