Guest guest Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 i went to see the neuroligist this morning about the numbness in my fingers and palm of my hand i told him it really worried me i asked him if the numbness will ever go away he said he couldnt tell me right now he will be doing a nerve conduction test august the 7th it will take about a n hour he said it is something called nueropathy i wasnt sure what it was it is i looked it up and here it is waht it said : Peripheral neuropathy is the term for damage to nerves of the peripheral nervous system, which may be caused either by diseases of the nerve or from the side-effects of systemic illness. Peripheral neuropathies vary in their presentation and origin, and may affect the nerve or the neuromuscular junction. he asked about my balance i told him when i walk my balance is off sometimes i find myself stubbling over stuff for no reason he said it could be part of it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
