Could I please ask that you delete the old posts from your email

before you hit 'send'. Thanks. An easy way to do this is to " Control

" A " ' and hit the delete button. This will delete all of the old

information from the email before you start typing. Or at least

delete out the parts of the previous email that do not pertain to what

you are replying to.

Thanks for suggesting this. I try to copy the subject line into

a new note when I answer something, like this one. Hope you feel better

soon! Rest well as possible, too.

soft hugs,

Debbie L

Do you mean by trimming post do this. There is no old post under here. Sometimes

I don't understand request. lol. I am not puter savvy. haaaaaa.

The post I deleted regards this message but I deleted cause I wanted to see if I

was correct in deleting old post. lol. Thanks I am learning, sorry it takes me

so long to figure out what you are saying. By the time I finish reading and

commenting I get more letters from the group... That is great cause I keep

reading and commenting lol. If I miss a day or leave some till next time I have

75 more lol . Don't matter keep sending them to me, I love them.

All have pain free days

Thanks for bringing this up again, . asked this of the

members a while back, but maybe some didn't understand what she meant.

Clora May, you did it right (YAY!!). I also wanted to share that if

the barrage of emails you are getting is too great, try clicking

on " edit membership " at the top of your page for this group and change

the email preferences from " Individual Email " to " Daily Digest " . When

I first joined, I felt bombarded with all of the emails I was

receiving. By getting the Daily Digest, it is in a more manageable

format and not so overwhelming. You can still see and reply to any or

all of the posts by clicking on the links at the bottom of each post.

I like to use " reply via web post " as it takes me directly to this

Group. Most times I just read the information as I don't always

have a comment to make. But I DO read what's posted.

I am grateful for this group.

Hugs..........Doreen :)
