A plea to trim posts

I haven't posted much, but I do read the list. Lately, it's been from

bed on my web-phone. Which means when the digest posts get more than

100KI only get to read about half or less of the digest format. Which

is most of the time. Mostly, what I get to read is the lengthy parts

of old emails.

Could I please ask that you delete the old posts from your email

before you hit 'send'. Thanks. An easy way to do this is to " Control

" A " ' and hit the delete button. This will delete all of the old

information from the email before you start typing. Or at least

delete out the parts of the previous email that do not pertain to what

you are replying to.

Thank you, for your attention. I don't mean to be cranky, I'm on the

9th day of a migraine(I've doubled my pain meds, and yes, I talked to

my doctor's nurse, and am going in to see them tomorrow for a change

of meds), my RA is flaring, the buristis on my elbows is swelling, red

, and hot. Okay, I'm a bit of a mess. And I want more that anything

to be able to read the list. Even if I can't post. Well, I'm going

back down stairs and back to bed.
