Haaaaaaaaa sorry I love a good laugh. I think your saying rinse

your nose out with the 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 2 cups of

water in the enemma bag with a new nozzle. Bending over tub and

rinsing nose is what you meant I think??? Please explain what a

neti is. At first I thought you was talking of a good ennama

haaaa.

I too get chronic sinus infections I want to put this in my files

the next time I get a sinus infection. Don't worry I will confide in

my doctor before attemping this feat.

Also I always wanted to do something about those nasty sinus

infections short of sticking a plunger up my nose and suctioning out

what ever was there. It felt like a large marble was stuck up

there. I knew it wasnt I just felt that way.

Thanks for the great advise. I hope it was ok to laugh. I really

needed a good laugh and sometimes we make jokes with out realizing

it. You was right no antibiotic with MXT. I also take sulfazaline

and plaqunil and Humira injections. I think for one of these we

are not suppose to take antibiotics also, is that correct anyone??
