Thank you everyone for the great suggestions and information. I do use

a generic stool softener but haven't been drinking a full glass of

water with it. Also use Benefiber when I don't get enough fiber from

foods. Years ago my Gastro recommended Konsyl so may switch back to it

when I run out of Benefiber. For cereal I rotate between Raisin Bran,

Shredded Mini Wheats or Kashi cereal. Also am eating Kashi frozen meals

a few times each week. Next time I am at my grocery store will get

orange juice and maybe Vitamin C. I am not under any stress that I know

of right now.
