The title is' IL-12TNF alpha and hormonal changes during late Pregnancy

and early postpartum, Implications for autoimmune disease 'Elenkor et

al.It appeared in jcem endojournals Oct 2001,86 p4933.

Many immune processes are affected for good and ill during prgnancy.

In my field of haematology autoimmune thrombocytopenias (often related

to SLE) were the commonest seen and made me think a lot about the

underlying triggers.
