Group,

I am so glad this came up. I see my neuro surgeon for the last time

next week. I would have never thought to ask about limitations

before this. I see the rheummy again at the end of this month and

can get her input also.

Thanks,

Shirley

Shirley and Chriss..

I dont twirl my head in circles like a dancing star haaaaaa... I

havent had any neck surgery so I am slowing rolling my head around

my body a few times a day.. I called my rhuemmy since you two are

very knowledgeble in health,,, and she said it was ok as long I dont

spin my head like a possesed demon lady haaaaaaaaa.

But your both right we should talk to our doctors before doing any

type of exercises with medical problems like RA or surgeries.. I

feel so much better but I should see my doctor about physical

therapy.

With supplys of gasoline low or not at all in out town and the cost

of gas I can't afford to buy gas to go to our neighboring town for

the physical therapy... I see 5 doctors and it cost a lot of gas

money for my doctors are all in the next city about 25 miles away...

We have a van and believe me you it is a gas hog haaaaaaa.

I love to hear from Shirly,, Chriss you guys are so smart when it

comes to the medical fields.. I love everyone's posts they bring my

spirits up every day.. I pray and weep for those suffering and when

they get the miracle drug to help them I rejoice...

gentle hugs everyone
