(((Toni)))

We met on this group, and we've been here a lot of years. I wish you

wouldn't leave, were all here for one reason, to deal with making our

life better.

This is a wonderful group, and is great with the info she finds. I

don't know how she does it, but she works hard to keep the group going.

It takes the RA family to keep us all together.

I will keep your email addy, and would like to keep in touch. Your one

of a kind girl, and you are strong in what you believe in. I am so

proud of you for all your accomplishes you've made since I've known you.

Losing the weight, was not easy. You are here to show everyone life

can go on. You run your own business now, you are what all of us want

to be.

Again, I hope you change your mind, and stay. We have so many new

members every day, its scary sometimes to see how many have this

disease.

I hope we can celebrate the day, there is a cure. I know its in our

future, if we can just keep going on as best as we can.

Your neighbor in OK,

Tawny

I really do not want to go...but is driving me crazy. It seems

to only be this group. I am not sure what the problem is. But when

you posts take hours or never appear it really does leave you wondering.

I don't have this problem in the other groups I am a member of...which

is why it leaves me rather suspicious.

Yes we did meet here many years ago. I also met many other wonderful

people. Maybe I should start posting from and not from my e-mail.

Ok, I am going to try posting from the group from now on. I will try

to be more impatient before I go.

Toni,

That may be it. I post from the group (Reply__via web post) and not

email. My post only take seconds to come up usually, I have had it

take a couple of mins a few times though.

Toni,

I just check the group, and post my messages there, I have no problem.

Maybe, you should give it a try. If I started getting all the group

messages in my email, I would probably go crazy, lol

I hope you decide to stay, give it a try. Tawny

I only read and post through the website. There aren't many problems

although on ~occasion~ a post is missing.

Hi Toni - I hope you get the chance to read this before you leave. I

was having troubles with as well and found it got better after I

updated it to a more current version. The other thing is sometimes I

would copy my reply before I sent it - that way if it disappeared into

cyberspace, I could paste it into a new message without having to try

to remember what all I had written in the disappearing one. Hope this

helps. I would hate to lose all the valuable information and support

you offer to this group.........Doreen :)

I am leaving the group. I really do enjoy all the research articles

and wonderful info that provides. I have been in the

group...wow it seems like many years. Not sure how long but I found

this group shortly after my diagnosis.

I stayed for all the wonderful info that has provided me to

read over the years.

However, I am tired of !!! Seems my post randomly appear if

not at all. I guess is to blame unless there is a moderator

here that just does not like me.

Either way is frustrating to type out a long reply to have it

disappear into cyber space for unknown reasons. I don't post

often...but on the few times its very maddening!

So I say goodbye to the group. Those that know me outside the group

know how to find me.

Good luck to all.

I am curious as to what version you are referring to. I am a bit of a

techno-geek. I read my from my web browser which I prefer

Firefox for its simplicity and speed.

I do not download tool, bars, search engine bars or any other junk

programs like that. They really clog up the works. Since I also run

a business from this computer I do not need to have problems with junk

programs.

So please enlighten me. Maybe I have missed something. I rarely read

from ....but I have started reading and posting from . I

plan to continue that for this group and post my usual way to my other

groups.

I do use AOL but I have used AOL with NO problems for many years. I

am a charter member and I have gotten mine for free for many years.

I am going to hang around for a bit longer. I am in many other

groups. I have been contacted by quite a few wonderful members here

who had also enlightened to a few other RA groups I was not aware of I

am going to try.

We all have to find a group that meets out needs and expectations as

well as our comfort level of moderation or censorship. Which has

provided some eye opening info in her posts recently about moderation.

I have stayed all this time because does do a wonderful job with

researching medical articles and providing them to the group.

Please don't leave this great group Toni. You are an essential part

of it. I read all the notes on the website and post from there. My

notes usually show up fairly quick also.

Hi Toni - There are two options that stand out the most with the

Updates. If you are using Internet Explorer, then this update

may help: http://downloads./internetexplorer/index.php . You

have the option of unclicking the toolbar option if you don't

want it.

If you are using Mozilla, then Firefox 3 has a Edition:

http://downloads./firefox/ . There are also options for Flock

and Zimbra. It all depends on what browser service you use. I hope

this helps. Sometimes it is as simple as updating to the most current

version of a program. Someone also mentioned clicking on the " Reply

via web post " option - which is what I do, too and have not had any

problems. I hope this helps and I am so happy you are going to hang

around.............Doreen :)
