Guest guest
OK ... I have hereby established the first NF2 house in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The address is 11028-84 Avenue. Anyone is welcome to come up here and move in with me. For the time being it'll be a little cramped, as it's only a one bedroom basement suite. It's also not too wheelchair accessible, but if you don't mind a bumpy ride down the stairs, I don't mind carrying you and your chair back up! The rent is cheap. $400Can split between the two (or more) of us. Gas up here is, relatively, cheap at 70 cents per liter (about $2.80 per gallon), but the price jumps around like a yo-yo anyhow. All your American money is worth about 1.5 times in Canadian money, so you may already be a millionaire! Our summers are beautiful, fall and spring too. Five months of winter is waiting for you. BUT with global climate change, winter's mostly lost its teeth. Mostly. The house is conveniently located two blocks from the best hospital in western Canada. The emergency department is now also on the same side that we are (they took my suggestion and moved it for me). There are plenty of computers here for you to use -- take your choice Mac, PC, laptop, we've got them all! And free technical support, in care of our resident geek. ASL is the language of choice here, but pen and paper works fine as well. If anyone is interested, please send a resume, including references with a self-addressed stamped envelope, plus the $50 processing fee to me. Hoping to welcome you all soon! __ " What we know is not so important as What we do not know " Http://www.westerncanada.com/~jchartra
