Hi and everyone,

My reg. nightly Norton run came on then abruptly stopped , I probably did something any way I deciced to go to Norton and run it , well low and behold in quarantine was some kind of virus , damn thing didn't tell me a virus had been found. I would like to know where it came from since I haven't opened any attachments. Hasn't even been any other than that one with Judy's name on it.Norton didn't even tell me what kind of virus, or what it came in I even went clear through all deleted emails to the 21'st which is when it was found to see if I could see anything that looked suspicious, judy's(from HepC site) was received on the 20 th and i deleted Sat, unless it was real good and jumped out when deleting it, if that's possible. You do have to delete it if in quarantine. So you might want to check that out.

Hi !

Some tips for increasing pain I have are:

-Try to pace yourself..don't overdo things.  Rest when you can.  Take breaks in

between doing something that is a repetitive task.  When I first became ill my

doctor advised that for every 20 minutes I did something, then take 20 minutes

to rest.  That was just when I had the FMS.  Sometimes, I'm lucky these days if

I can get through five minutes of doing something before the pain kicks in.

Nice warm showers at the end of the day, or nice hot bubble baths also work

well.  If on the go, those Thermacare heat packs are great! I've tried the ones

for the  neck and back and have also used them on my abdomen and wrist.  Walking

is very good for us! I'm looking for my knee inflammation to go down soon so I

can do some more outside or on my treadmill!:)
