Marlyn and Dodge;

I have to agree with Dodge.. But your idea to get away from milk

products would help me lose a lot of weight... I do have some

questions about this diet.. What about calsium,, Don't we all need

calsium for strong bones???

I think the reason other animails don't drink milk after the are

weaned is cause the female wont allow them and they dont have the

knowledge and ability to milk another animail much less the

dexterity to perform the milking... I want to laugh at that but

afraid that I might offend someone....

If it wasnt for humira and enbrel products I would definately try

the milk free diet though... As Dodge said it could of been

allergies,,howevever; when in pain desperate means may help,,, as

long its medically safe that is....

As far as guiting beef,, Omg I love beef haaaaaaa... I have thought

of many times quitting beef to lose weight.. I may still yet do

that. I want to thank Marlyn and Dodge for thier kind thoughts on a

milk free and beef free diets. God bless and take care..

gentle hugs

have heard of, and tried, several different diets, antibiotics, guai

protocols, and other things including alternative remedies that are

supposed to help or cure my arthritis, Lupus and Fibro. The only

thing that has helped me are narcotics, fish oil, shark cartilage,

pred and an enzyme I can't at the moment remember.

sham. I don't believe it is. I have seen it work on many people.

However, I have to wonder if, in fact, those people really had

RA/AS/Lupus/Fibro to begin with. Food allergies can mimmic many

different diseases, one being arthritis. So, I can't help but

wonder if the person was perhaps misdiagnosed, had an allergy all

along that presented with symptoms of arthritis and was then cured

when the allergy was removed. Or, another possibility, is they have

very mild arthritis that ordinarily wouldn't give them trouble, due

to the allergy the symptoms became severe and then were greatly

lessened once the allergy is taken care of.

studies done by different organizations and groups on arthritis,
