Hi guys,

I haven't posted much but have been reading. But I was wondering if

anyone else has had an issue when they are under stress did their RA

get worse. Since going on arva I haven't had much problems with my RA

but then on September 12 I got layed off and haven't found a new job

yet so I am stressing and I have noticed joints hurting that havenet

gave me a problem in months. Just wondering if anyone else has had

this issue and what you did about it.

Thanks

Angie

Angie,

Yes, I do have increased pain with stress. Stress effects all of my

body, not to mention my moods!

I hope you find a job soon.

Hi Angie,

Stress causes my fibromyalgia to flare up, too. Also causes me insomnia

certain nights. When I can I sit in my recliner and relax with a good

book. Walking helps me, too. At night I listen to relaxing sleep CDs I

bought at Target. My chamomile tea calms me also.

Best of luck finding a new job.
