This person should be around 27-32 years of age and willing for extensive domestic travel. JOB DSECRIPTION: • On site assessments and follow up of the ART centres and or associated NACO labs • Monitoring and support in setting up / refurbishment of ART centre/ lab units including liaising with architects, vendors and contractors • Managing logistics and the necessary documentations (obtaining and filing) • Drafting budgetary projections • Collating and formatting data from SACS/ labs/ART centers , e.g., putting together contact information on technicians trained; contact info on government medical colleges and lab faculty; monthly CD4 test utilization from each CD4 site state wise etc. • Coordinating ,liaising and following up with the concerned sites/ agencies / vendors for the lab training and other operational lab activities • Managing logistics of the training programs • Number crunching and forecasting related to CD4 & DNA-PCR testing • Refining documents – word, excel, power point • Drawing up power points from defined material wherever feasible • Preparing formats, checklists etc. • Non technical editing of documents- manuals, guidelines Program Coordinator - Physicians Training Initiative Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative Location: New Delhi Last Date: January 31, 2007 Email: rarya@...
