Dear FORUM,

We at Nipasha, totally agree with INP+ Secretary KK Abraham's call for Urgent

need to introduce second-line ARVs ingovernment-supported ART centers.

Infact, in MSM community there are many of our members on first line treatment

and some seeks secondline treatment. Nipasha is also under the process of

counting such needy members and would send list to INP+ soon to compile it and

send it to NACO. The suggestions provided as the way forward is much appreciated

and I am sure NACO will help PLHA community as it has done while making 1st line

more accessible now a days.
