I have lost weight maybe 10 times in my life from different ways. 1. Diet pills= so far using them may have caused my congestive heart failure. Hopefully there are new drugs to help lose weight but I cant use any of them cause of all my illness's. 2. Starving myself. That didnt work either, I lost weight but I looked like a skeleton almost had a heart attack from starving my heart of necessary nutrients. 3. The best way I lost weight was . Eat no grease. Eat no sugar. Exercise. Number 3 was great. I gave up butter, candies and fried foods. I broiled or baked all my foods. And I rode a bicycle around town. I cant even do number 1 now. I dont know why. I have tried but still lost no weight. Maybe its the lack of exercise. Beleive me please, I am in to much pain to exercise. I promise if my rheumy can give me someting to stop the pain I will exercise religiously.I have books on on losing weight. My question is for people with RA that had to lose wwight, how did you do it??? please tell me so I can lose weight.
