OMg Gosh gosh.. I was going to send a post and see if anyone heard

from you woo hoo welcome back.. I am so glad to hear from you.. OMG

oh my gosh... 7 weeks in the hospital.. I can't even imagine 7 weeks

in the hospital.... I spent a week at the most in a hospitsal and

could barely stand the bordom...

I have missed you so much Barbara.. I am taking Humira injections I

am doing wonderful.. I see you are still healing.. A broken shoulder

and Cast on the left foot.. OMG OMG ... So sorry about the flare.. I

had a flare also I know how they feel now.. BAD...

You have been so kind to me.. I wanted to tell you so much what has

been going on with me.. I am ok.. I have back pain but nothing can

compare to the RA.. The humira works great.. We have a lot of new

people with us... I am sure you know.. THe group is growing and

growing.. I have learned so much while I been here..

I am glad your back.. Get better.. and God bless

Hi Clora:

So happy to hear from you. I have thought of you so often, and glad the

Humira is working for you. You were in such bad shape when I left for

my vacation. Sorry you are having back trouble. Are you taking pain

meds for this?

I have read all the posts from today. I had over 4,000 e-mails waiting

for me....yikes!!!!!!

It has been a long 7 weeks, but I am doing so good now. Lots and lots

of P.T. and O.T. I see my Ortho. dr.the 16th, and see how the shoulder

and foot are doing, and if I need more P.T.

I will never go without my cane again. When I fell I was in a bad

flareup, my feet were so badly swollen, so painful, causing me to fall.

It happened in the blink of my eye. What a mess to be in.

I did get to spend the first week home with my best friend. She got a

week off, which was so wonderful. Cape Cod was having great weather,

even got to swim at the beach, which I love. We went to see the movie,

MAMA MIA. It was so great, and I hope you get to see it.

I will not got back to Mass. as I can't tolerate the weather here, even

in the summer. Each time I have come home I have gotten a URI

infection. I got it during my stay at the hosp. which set me back. I

spent a week in bed with no therapy, etc. Took inhale.therapy each

day,plus oxygen, anitbiotics, and prescrip. cough med. Still have a

cough, but almost gone now. My RA flare was gone then, thank God.

My family and friends will have to come to Florida from now on. How I

miss living on Cape Cod, but I just get too sick to live there anymore.

How is the weather at your house now? Still very hot in Florida, which

I will know tomorrow. Nice here today, 72, sunny, dry, and beautiful

fall weather. The leaves are in glorious color right now. My favorite

season here.

I am still praying for you Clora, so very happy you are out of that

terrible pain. Glad you like your Rheumy. That makes a big diff.

Hi Diane:

Thanks for your e-mail. I am so happy my RA is good right now. I hate

those flares!!! I hope you too are feeling good. Thank God when we

have those good days without pain.

THanks for answering my post I sent.... Yes I was in so bad shape

when you left... My rheumy was working on my pain when you left...

She has been really agressive with the RA...

My rheumy has givine me pain patches for my back.. They work really

good if I can keep them stuck to me... And If I can get someone to

put them on my back cause I cant put them on myself...

OMG I love the beach it has been to long since I went swimming.. THat

is next (swimming) I am working on a bathing suit my size.. If

anyone has a bathing suit to fit me I will send the postage... I wear

a size 54.. My size I have to order for about a 100 dollars I don't

have that much money,, Postage would be about 15 dollars I do have

that much.. I can join a exercising swiming class if I can get a

swimming suit..

I will take all the prayers I can get.. Please everyone pray for me..

I will pray for you just tell me and I will remember your name at

prayer time.. My name is CLORA.. I am so so happy your doing good now

barbara... It's bed time I think I have one more post before i go to
