Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I also have insomnia, so I understand how you feel. My doctor gave me Ambien, it does help. I only take it when hubby is home. He works out of town, and I need to wake up, if needed. I do try to nap in the day. Its weird, I get sleepy in the afternoon, when its time for bed, I'm wide awake. I'm glad you have an appointment soon, keep us posted, Tawny > > Twice this week I didn't get any sleep. Now my fibro is flared up from > not getting my needed sleep. Guest guest
Thanks Tawny for saying you also have insomnia. The after I didn't sleep I tried but couldn't take a nap. Was able to sleep that night but the night night I didn't again. Did sleep good last night finally. I will let you know what my pcp says about my insomnia. Guest guest
Not enough rest is very bad for us. I only get 6-7 hrs sleep. I wake up quite often, due to the pain and stiffness, along with the fibro pain. Have you tried OTC sleeping aids? Sometimes they help out, or at least until you get to the doctor. Good luck, and let me know how your doc visit goes, Tawny > > Thanks Tawny for saying you also have insomnia. The after I didn't > sleep I tried but couldn't take a nap.
