Guest guest
No, w/ RA or SLE you are looking at one of the symptoms, my mother had loads of problems w/foot cramps. Don't know myself what the etiology is. But you are not crazy or alone. Good luck w/finding what works for you... I end up eating cause I am hungry I thought. Low on sodium or potassium. Who knows lol????????? ? I hate when it starts I am about to sleep and darn. I got to walk my toes off. THats what helps my toe cramps. haaaaaaaaaaaa. Anyone here knows what that is. I think its a autonaumic problem with the muscyles. When the fibers just work automatically. I remember my instructor said that when the muscyles go into spasms, its unknown why, Maybe they have figured it out since my college days decades ago. Guest guest
I'm not sure seltzer has any electrolytes. I do know that drinking tonic water can help cramps since it has some quinine in it. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Mimi Sent: Monday, August 04, 2008 7:45 PM Subject: [ ] Re: strange toe cramping Welcome, Diane.
