Newbies and group;

Yes I would like to welcome all the newbees also.. Our group is very

informative and our moderator will post some medical info from

time to time.. I have learned a lot since I joined our humble group

and I have a better idea of RA now,,, I hope you learn and enjoy our

group as much as I have...

I had to learn a few tips when I started the group and for those that

don't know I will write a few tips... Please make paragraphs when you

write long post so we can better read your posts.

Also please put your nic or first name at the end of your post when

we answer a post and the name is not at the end we have to cancel and

look at the name on the original post.. Also our email address may

not have a nic name on it.. So please write your first name or a nic

at the bottom of your post.. THank you so very much and welcome to
