Guest guest
Phyllis, Thanks for your kind words. We made it just fine. I was married and I had my mother and father then. My spouse and daughter came for visits and I stayed every night and worked every workday. I would leave when he went to sleep and go get clothes for a couple of days. He had a private room, so I could bathe there. Daddy would bring Mama to the hospital to sit with him each day. I was so blessed to have them. My spouse was useless, well almost. The hard part was keeping a 10 year old in bed! He was so good, he never even fussed once when they did blood gases, which was at least once daily. I have heard adults cry from this. When he could finally do something, mild activity, we let him go across the road and fish, since he had never caught anything I felt it was safe. OMG, he caught his first fish and came screaming and running home! I have of picture of him and that d@@@ fish. You just can't keep a boy of 10 down. He is fine. I frequently ask him if he is watching the color of his urine. He turns red and says, " Yes Mom " . He is still shy with me. (my son) has had that same strain that caused it several times since. , who was a weight lifting champion (World and Olympic) from Ga., had it at the same age as my son. It returned when he was in his fifties. His sister gave him a kidney but he rejected it and died less than a year later. Do be careful with it. Once again, take all of your antibotics, even after you start feeling better. Shirley > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > I have strep throat. Guest guest
, Thank you. He is such a delight. His wife has thanked me for the way that I raised him to respect women. He gets a lot of that credit. He also made the choice. Guest guest
, I love the name. He is also a WONDERFUL step-father. I truly doubt that he will ever have any of his own, so to him they are his. It fills my heart with joy to hear him say, our little girl or our little boy. I bet your is pretty special too!
