So impressed about the 5k training--how exciting :)

oh, cool... I did c25k back in the days before I injured my knee (unrelated LOL)

Welcome to the group and congrats on your lbs gone so far!

I am , 44 ish single mom of 3 boys (1 lives with his dad) and I've lost close to 60 lbs all-together...
