The best thing that I've found to help is plain old ice in one of

those plastic baggies. Don't know if you tried it or not, but it

sure helped me. I hope you find some relief soon.

Hi a. I was told by my ra dr to avoid the sun like crazy as I

would break out in a painful rash. He suggested wearintg at least

35spf

Hi ....that is what I was taking the generic plaquinel..... I never had

a problem with the regular plaquinel that I took about 10 - 15 yrs earlier.

Let me know if you call your dr. arava works well for me with no problems. I

only take 10 mg a day of arava cause it can cause loose stools.
