How careful to be with these medicines?

Here is what I do personally as a now five year person on immunosuppresants.  I

avoid alfalfa sprouts.  I liked these on salads but they have a particularly

high rate of bacterial problems.  I don't eat raw meat or fish.  I don't eat

oysters. 

I had one case of food poisoning since I was one this.  No one else in my family

even got sick (though since we were traveling, their particular food that we ate

may not have had it).  I got so sick I had to go to the ER and that is the first

time I ever had to do that with food poisoning.  I was passing loads of blood. 

I don't really know hoe to be more careful since I haven't had any problems

since that time in 2006.
