Mixing MTX with other drugs

Has anyone been told that you  can't take  the antibiotic Augmentin while you're

taking MTX?.....

Barbara,

Anytime I need an antibiotic for any reason, my Dr.has me to skip the MTX and

Enbrel till I am done with the antibiotic.

hi barb,yes it's true that whenu r takinng an antibiotic u can't tke the

antibiotic

This may sound dumb. But I forgot all about that. My rheumy is from

India, so all the informations I get is hard to understand. Yes she

said no take meds with antibiotics. But I completely forgot. I am so

glad you reminded me. No it is not as common as you think.
