Guest guest
Hi Kim, This is Steph in Virginia. I have had RA for almost 9 years and have been on Remicade for 8 years. It has made an incredible difference in my life! When I started it in 2000, I immediately felt a difference. I started at 200mg every 8 weeks and now I take 500mg every 6 weeks. I know one man that takes 1000 mg every 4 weeks. Personally, I like Remicade over the shots (I tried Enbrel before Remicade -- it was so long ago Kineret & Humira weren't approved yet!) I didn't like given myself a shot but I also like Remicade because you can adjust the dose and the frequency -- something you can't do with the shots.
