Hello All,

I am sorry that I have not been back since my intro. I have been in a lot of

pain...mostly my neck and upper shoulder-arm area. I have been have muscle

spasms and numbness. Plus a major fibro flare like the rest of you. I will be

seeing a new chrio (sp) tomorrow. He really thinks he can help me. I will report

back when I am able.

On a happy not, most of last week I spent with my daughter and new born baby

grandson. She had a very hard labor and an emergency c-section on October 3..

But

all is well now.

Congratulations on your new granddaughter!! Its a blessing to have a

granchild, just so amazing. I also have a granddaughter, she will be 3

in March.

Sorry about your neck and shoulder causing you problems. I have the

same problem, I've been on Flexeril for it, and it helps me a LOT. I

have been thinking about acupuncture, I feel it might help so much. I'm

going to mention it at my next rheumy appointment.

I'm late getting around to answering posts, but anxious to see how your
