Guest guest
Sorry that meant Shirley and wrote Clora's name.... Too earluy...lol woke up at 4:30 am and couldn't fall back to sleep. I'm thinking of cutting my hair shorter too...but I'm afraid it will look like I'm bald. lol I feel the back thinning....at the crown..where you put your head on the pillow. That's the first place I could tell it was getting sparse. I don't spray my hair very much because i'm afraid of breakage when I come it out. My hair is so fragile. I think I have been on the arava and enbrel about 2 yrs now. I've thought about vitamins for the hair. I believe it is E but already take a one a day vitamin,/ I had this done to ask my rheumy about on my visit in June..but my medicaid care source in Ohio and rheumy are having problems..he blames them for not paying and they say he is prob not doing the paperwork correctly. Yeah, right. So, us Aged Blind and/or disabled card holders are having a tough time kepping drs. He gave me my prescriptions and told me to always get the bloodwork done at the hospital...they fax results to him. I sure hope he's looking at them. So, it's quite discouraging but i digress. Dave's sister cuts her hair so short that people have asked her about her chemo. I don't think I could cut my hair like she has. she loves it! I wish there was something else I can do. Hugs and good luck...a a, Hon, I really feel for you. I now cut my hair shorter than I like it so that it doesn't look so thin. Trying to cover the back is a real time consuming pain. I spread it out the best I can and then spray it down. Like you my rheummy said it would correct itself over time. 17 months and counting. It's MTX that causes my hair loss. I guess it varies from person to person. I haven't heard the guys in the group comment much about this. Hope you have a good day.
