Guest guest Posted October 10, 2008 Report Share Posted October 10, 2008 My wife recently introduced me to a book recently written entitled " And They Say It Wasn't Possible " by R. Hurd. She is a nutritionist who lives in Fall Creek, WI (about 10 miles from me) and her take on diseases like colitis, RA, and Crohn's Disease is very interesting. She claims that RA is not an auto-immune disease but is a problem of the adrenal glands not producing enough corticosteroids. There is a specific diet she has advocates and I wonder if anyone has heard of or tried it. I am going to try this diet. Its efficacy will determine for me whether or not I start DMARDs.
