When I replied about hair loss my brain was half working, which is

normal. I forgot about my hypothyroid playing a part in it.

Hair thinning is also a symptom of thyroid disease, so any of us with

both have two contributors. I can live with thin hair. I don't want to

try life without the good that I get from my medications.

The depression and fatigue from my thyroid almost pushed me over the

edge. I had no idea how critical thyroid levels are and what all is

effected by them. Thank God I had a doctor who realized this went

beyond depression.

Me too Shirley,,, I can deal with thinning hair more than I can without

my pain medication.... I feel so much better since I take the Humira

injections... those of us that are concernied about the hair thinning

can also have their thyroid checked...

Yes,, depression and fatigued is very hard to deal with also.. I feel

so fatigued sometimes... I have my depression in check with effexor a

med I get from the mental health doctor... I am so happy your doctor

was able to take that extra step and check other things for your

depression and fatigue... God bless you and take care.
